G35 Doors Wont Lock

I have 2005 infiniti g35 my driver side door wont lock or unlock from fob but i can do it manually from the key infiniti 2004 g35 sport coupe question search fixya press enter to search.

I always have to do it with my hands can u plz tell me what i have to do. I ve tried everything locking and unlocking the car etc. The key does mechanically lock the drivers door. Our certified mobile mechanics come to you 7 days a week between 7 am and 9 pm.
